- Background

Website and digital strategy for ‘new’ estate agent.

Swindon Home Finders required a premium look for their premium brand.

After 10 years under the Richard James umbrella, the Home Finders’ team decided to go back to their roots and relaunch as an independent, customer-driven, boutique Lettings Agency and Estate Agent.

This involved creating a totally new brand identity from scratch that could be rolled out effectively across both digital and traditional media.

- The Challenge

A core part of the brief was to design a website that not only reflected Home Finders’ premium brand values but also helped them stand out in a very crowded market place.

- The Strategy

The mobile responsive website was developed in super quick time, but no corners were cut in terms of producing a handsome and classy digital calling card that integrates industry leading lettings and property management software, and integrates with industry leading property management software Reapit.

The website has all the content you would expect from a property website, including property search functions for sales and lettings, a Meet the Team area with Jazzbones photography and a News section also written by Jazzbones.

Other key functionality includes a repair reporting system which can be used by tenants for properties that Home Finders manage on behalf of landlords.

As for the visuals, the grey, yellow and white colour palette gives the site a clean, user-friendly feel.

Jazzbones has also taken on social media management for Home Finders, producing a steady stream of eye-catching and on message social media posts across varied platforms, a way of driving traffic to the website or encouraging web users to contact the Home Finders team for market appraisals, etc.

Home Finders has very quickly established itself as a major player in the Swindon lettings and estate agency market, and part of that success lies in the way Jazzbones have created digital assets that ‘sell’ the company’s USPs; great customer service and vast local experience.
