There are some clients that just capture our hearts. And Bespoke Guardians are one of them. They exist so that the UK’s most vulnerable children have access to the care, understanding and services they need to enjoy safer, more stable, fulfilling lives. And have the freedom to just be a child, with all their hopes and dreams kept safe. That’s something we’re passionately backing.
- The Challenge
We were thrilled to hear that Bespoke Guardians are growing rapidly. That means more children affected by trauma can get the support they need to shake off their worries, with structured, expert-led help. But it also means the team needed an all-singing, all-supporting website, with greater direction, purpose and value. And the ability to onboard 150 new recruits in the next 12 months. Cue Jazzbones…
- The Strategy
Following several website discovery sessions and workshops, we identified the team’s main challenges and set to work on making the site look great, feel user-friendly and engage the right level of new recruits.
It was clear to us that recruiting new talent was top of the agenda, so we developed a bespoke Careers Portal, which enables candidates to apply for positions and upload their CV. This is then fed into their recruitment platform, for maximum efficiency and candidate screening.
- The Result
Bespoke Guardians now have an engaging, purposeful website that effectively communicates their mission, values and services in a modern, engaging way.
Our use of colour gradients, wave shape dividers and white space creates a soft, harmonious atmosphere and friendly, welcoming vibe that reflects the compassion and support that the team deliver to vulnerable children.
The design helps visitors navigate the site with ease, understand their work fast and feel inspired by their mission to get involved or seek support.
