The final choice of a new logo features a hand; hands being associated with aspiration, authority, creation, safety and trust. The underlying message is that Nicola York is a safe pair of hands, whether you are a candidate or an employer.
Once we had fine-tuned the new visual identity with a bold, new colour palette, we moved on to rolling it out across a brand-new website and other media in a way that will optimize Nicola York’s business, reputation and ultimately, profits.
