Awdry Law, formerly known as Awdry Bailey & Douglas, is a multi-office law firm based in Wiltshire that has been working with Jazzbones over the last few months on a comprehensive rebranding project.
- The Challenge
At the heart of the Jazzbones-driven ‘relaunch’ is a new website that is not only great to look at but also genuinely informative. Crucially, the site reflects Awdry Law’s core ethos, summed up by their new tagline – “We speak your language”.
That means a website that is approachable in feel and one that communicates with clients in clear English, avoiding confusing legal jargon.
- The Strategy
By that same principal, the website design is clean, simple and user-friendly while the primary colour palette of vibrant red and deep blue is both classy and modern in feel.
Given that many people will view the website on their mobile phones or tablets, the new website design has also been designed to be mobile friendly, so that users get a great experience whichever format they use.
The website also features Jazzbones-produced videos, a format which Awdry Law has ambitious plans to use moving forward.
One word that definitely applies to the website is comprehensive, with an enormous volume of information and statistics on the many different areas of law that Awdry Law specializes in.

As Awdry Law continues to expand, the website will also work as a calling card aimed at potential new employees. The ‘Our People’ section boasts colourful roll over images revealing each employee’s professional experience as well as their hobbies, again mirroring the company’s business-like but friendly approach.
The Jazzbones team has really immersed itself in this major website project and after what has been a successful and collaborative experience, everybody at Awdry Law is delighted with the results.
