Our brief from our digital partners at Reuben was to redesign Pimento’s Members Area in line with its latest brand guidelines but with a fresh and updated spin to it.
The new Members Area features a redesigned home page, blog pages where members can upload their own content, news pages, event pages, a support function and a totally reimagined search page with more advanced search criteria.
The new portal looks and feels like an integral part of the Pimento network but is more interactive and more user-friendly than the previous version. We have refined the customer journey, making it easier to understand and with a better hierarchy.
The Members Area retains Pimento’s classy rich red and stone and graphite grey colour palette and is mobile and tablet friendly.
Crucially for a portal that is all about members coming together to do business in an easy way, the new Members Area is clear, uncluttered and easy to use.
