At the heart of this project was a drive to improve usability and streamline the customer journey. We started by carrying out a website health check and UX review. The findings helped shape a more intuitive site architecture that prioritises the actions users care about most — such as booking a free valuation, browsing current listings, or learning more about the company’s fast-track auction service.
Working closely with the Get Sold UK team, we restructured content and navigation, ensuring that the site flows logically and avoids overwhelming users with too much information. We also introduced a consistent visual hierarchy, using bold headlines, clear icons and strong calls to action that help guide visitors through the site with confidence.
The refreshed design strikes a balance between simplicity and impact. We retained the core brand elements and colour palette for recognition, but elevated the overall look and feel with modern typography, improved layout spacing and professional photography. The result is a crisp, confident digital brand presence that mirrors the Get Sold UK ethos — straight-talking, results-driven, and people-first.

We ensured that Get Sold UK’s listings sync seamlessly with their backend, enabling automatic updates and real-time availability without any manual input. Every listing page was optimised for mobile and search engines, featuring fast-loading images, dynamic filtering, and key metadata for local search visibility.
