The Vault isn’t your average cocktail bar. Hidden in Swindon’s Old Town, it offers an intimate, speakeasy-style cocktail experience. Jazzbones was brought on board right from the early planning stages to create a full brand identity and online presence that captured this unique atmosphere.

The Vault’s website needed to do a lot without overcomplicating things. We built a clean, easy-to-navigate site that gives a taste of the venue’s personality while making it simple to book a table or browse the menu. It’s fully integrated with the client’s booking system and includes editable sections so the team can update offers, events and opening times whenever they need to.
From social media templates and print adverts to video clips and signage, we delivered a consistent brand experience across all platforms. We also helped The Vault team with promotional photography and short films to support their launch and future campaigns. Everything was created with flexibility and budget in mind. As a new independent business, The Vault needed a brand that looked high-end but was easy to maintain day-to-day.
Since launch, The Vault has earned an excellent reputation, with a 4.8-star TripAdvisor rating and glowing reviews from visitors who love the cocktails, the vibe and the attention to detail. The brand has played a big part in that success, helping the venue stand out and stay memorable in a competitive hospitality scene.
